Sign Up For Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.

Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Poopy Be Gone representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.

Setup Customer Portal
Once you sign up for services you will receive an email from Poopy Be Gone to create your client portal. This is where you can tell us about your doggie, your communication preferences, and so much more!

Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Poopy Be Gone will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

Arrival Notification
Our friendly Poopy Be Gone technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Poopy Be Gone team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Poopy Be Gone technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Disposal
Depending on your location, your pooper scooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, or place the waste in the dumpster in the alley.

To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
Poopy Be Gone has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $64 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $75 and $105 per month.
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or in the dumpster located in the alley.
Generally, for the safety of our technicians we prefer your doggie to be inside.
We love dogs and can clean with them if they want to investigate, we simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
